Description:==
There appears to be some confusion on the part of the Operations and EP staff regarding the assignment and response of the Security Shift Supervisor during an emergency. Some individuals are under the impression that the SSS reports immediately to the control room while others are under the impression that the SSS reports only to the control room after a certain delay time and only under certain conditions. The actions and availability of the SSS should be clarified for Operations, EP and Security so there is a clear expectation and understanding of when and where the SSS will be available during a security event.
