Kewaunee steam generator outage. The ARB membership consisted of Jack Grobe, Bruce Berson, Rich Paul, Roy Caniano, Jim Heller, and John Jacobson. The ARB agreed that Mr.

Heller and/or Mr. Jacobson will call AL Capdsto, "Nuclear Management Company, and ask Mr.

Capristo if Day Zimmerman NPS provides welders that work within the protected area or otherII,i/

individuals that work within the protective area.

If Day Zimmerman NPS does not supply welders or individual who work within the protected area then send concerns I and 2 for information only

2) if Day Zimmerman NPS does supply Welders or individual who work within the protected area then send concerns 1 and 2 to the licensee and request a response On 11/08/01 Mr. Heller called Mr. Capristo to determine what services were provided by Day Zimmerman NPS at the Kewaunee and Point Beach Nuclear Power Plants. In addition I Mr. Heller asked Mr. Capristo if Day Zimmerman NPS has personnel working within the protected area of either nuclear power plant.

Mr. Capristo stated that Day Zimmerman NPS provides labor to support the Point Beach and Kewaunee outages. This means that Day Zimmerman NPS provides individual; including welders, who are cleared to enter the protective area. In addition a number of NPS worker ) tb.
