NRC Information Notice 05-018, "Summary of Fitness-For-Duty Program Performance Reports For Calendar Years 2001, 2002 and 2003," issued July 15, 2005.
NRC is issuing this information notice (IN) to report on lessons learned by licensees from their fitness-for-duty (FFD) program performance reports for calendar years 2001, 2002 and 2003. It is expected that recipients of this IN will review the Information for applicability to their reactor facilities and consider, as appropriate, the corrective actions taken to improve the future performance of their FFD programs. However, this IN should not be construed as representing NRC requirements, and therefore no specific actions or written responses are required.
