During a recent FFD program assessment at Point Beach assessors identified related elements in the fleet Access Authorization Program lacking adequate definition of required documentation. Specifically, no documentation requirements are defined for completion of the required quarterly review by SAAL to verify continued PIPS user need as stated in section 6.1.3.3.d of Fleet procedure FP-S-AA-01 and PADS confidentiality agreement lacks SAAL signoff to indicate user need to know.
