REVIEW LICENSEE INVESTIGATION REPORT FOR ALLEGATION NO. RIII-02-A-01 14 (KEWAUNEE) (SERIAL #22)
The licensee was requested to perform an investigation into one or more concerns related to the subject allegation. A copy of the licensee response is attached for evaluation by your staff.
The licensee's results must be reviewed:
to determine whether the concerns were substantiated, to identify any unresolved technical issues, to determine if there were any violations of NRC requirements, and to determine if the licensee's response was adequate and independently performed.
Please document the results of your review in a memo to me within 30 days of the date of this memorandum. If the concern(s) can be closed, please include in your memo the closure information per sections 7, 8 or 9 of RP 0517A. This memo should be provided in electronic form to e-mail address OAC3.
