The licensee did not perform a fitness for duty test on an indivdual who self reported that individuals smelled alcohol on her/him.
I Basis for Closure The 03/25/02 ARB determined that this Issue may be the same concern that is being pusued by 01 uner Rill 2001-A-0176, concern 2, In that the Cl offered to be FFD tested to her/his coworekrs, who took no action.
01 agreed to clarify during its investigation whether this Issue is identical to RIII-2001-A-0176 or invovles different individuals or circumstances. Close the concern to RIII-2001-A-0176.
