ENTERGY'S STATEMENT ON COUNSEL/REPRESENTATIVE ATTENDANCE DURING EVIDENTIARY HEARING Pursuant to Section 4.b of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's Order (Site Visit and Evidentiary Hearing Administrative Matters) dated August 24, 2006, Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.'
