Dear Mr. Siglin:
It has been brought to my attention that page 16 of the NPDES permit issued on April 25, 2006, has a typographical error for the effluent limits for total suspended solids. However, the Discharge Monitoring Report sent with the permit had correct effluent limits. Therefore, we have corrected the error and a corrected page 16 of 33 of the permit is enclosed. Please use this corrected page. It shows that the daily maximum limit is 100 mg/l for total suspended solids for the Outfall 023.
If you have any questions, please contact me at the above phone number.
Sincerely, Sohan L. Garg, P.E.
