ISSUANCE OF ORDER MODIFYING LICENSE TO ALLOW FOR CONVERSION FROM HIGH ENRICHED URANIUM FUEL TO LOW ENRICHED URANIUM FUEL This is to inform the Commission that an Order modifying License No. R-83 will be issued on or about September 1, 2006, to Texas A&M University, authorizing the conversion from High Enriched Uranium (HEU) fuel to Low Enriched Uranium (LEU) fuel.
