STATUS OF OPEN 01 INVESTIGATIONS AT SALEM AND HOPE CREEK During Hub Miller's last monthly call with Commissioner Merrifield, he committed to provide the status of the open 01 investigations pertaining to the SCWE allegation at Salem and Hope Creek.
There are five open 01 investigations that were initiated as a result of the information brought to us b' the alleger or as a result of information learned during the numerous interviews conducted by the staff. One involves potential discrimination. The other four involve potential wrongdoing.
