PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN CHANGES FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA TRAINING REACTOR (TAC NO. MC9037)
Dear Dr. Vernetson:
This letter acknowledges receipt of your letter dated August 8, 2006, which transmitted changes to the Physical Security Plan for the University of Florida Training Reactor submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Based on your determination that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of your security plan, no NRC approval is required in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p). Our initial screening of these changes indicates them to be in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Implementation of these changes are subject to inspection to confirm that the changes have not decreased the effectiveness of your security plan.
The enclosure to your letter contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and will be withheld from public disclosure. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the Commissions regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
