Attachment NOC-AE-06002053 Page 1 of 2 STP NUCLEAR OPERATING COMPANY SEMI-ANNUAL FITNESS FOR DUTY PROGRAM PERFORMANCE REPORT January 1, 2006 through June 30, 2006 During the first performance period of 2006, the STPNOC FFD Program conducted a total of 620 FFD screening tests that resulted in 8 positive test results. Seven of the positives were comprised of short-term contractors. One positive was a STPNOC employee. STPNOC conducted 379 random tests resulting in a random testing rate of 52% of the average annual population as of June 30, 2006.* STP tests at an annual random testing rate of 50%.

STPNOC did not have any 1 OCFR26.73 reportable events during the performance period.
