Enclosed are the NPDES monthly report forms for the month of June 2006. On 6/29/06, Perry exceeded the maximum daily limit for total suspended solids (TSS) for Internal Station 601, Neutralized Demineralizers Regenerant Waste, which also resulted in exceeding the monthly average of TSS. Offsite notification to the EPA was made and followed up in writing by a Letter Dated July, 13, 2006 (PY-CEJIOEPA-0455L). All requirements contained in Section 12 of the NPDES Permit have been satisfied (e.g., phone call and written notification). This exceedance was documented and is being addressed in the Perry Corrective Action Program.
