KEWAUNEE POWER STATION - CORRECTION OF AMENDMENT RE: STEAM GENERATOR TUBE INTEGRITY (TAC NO. MC9581)
Dear Mr. Christian:
On July 17, 2006, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 188 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-43 for Kewaunee Power Station, to revise the existing steam generator tube surveillance program to be consistent with Technical Specification (TS)
Task Force (TSTF) Change TSTF-449, Revision 4, Steam Generator Tube Integrity.
Due to an administrative error, the TS pages were not issued with Amendment No. 188 typed on each page. In addition, on the Attachment Page, four TS pages were inadvertently omitted.
Enclosed is a revised Attachment Page which identifies, by marginal lines, the four TS pages that were inadvertently omitted during the initial issuance of the amendment. In addition, all TS pages noted in the revised Attachment Page, are now being issued with Amendment No. 188 located at the bottom of the page.
