ADR PARTICIPATION FOR ALLEGATION RII-2005-A-0056
- Nick, I received a phone call from the CI this afternoon for allegation number RII-2005-A-0056 against FPL's St.
Lucie facility. The CI worked as contractor for Bartlett at FPL and wants to participate in the Early ADR process for alleged discrimination. The Cl has already called Cornell University's ICR several times this week and left a message. I told the CI to try calling ICR next week and have let me know if the Cl is unsuccessful. Maybe ICR is on vacation this week.
