Indian Point Groundwater Contamination Hydrology Evaluation

Dear Sirs:

This e-mail is to confirm a telephone conference that has been set up to discuss current hydrology data and evalua;gl'a n June 6 (Tuesday) from 1:00 - 3:00pm. Please call 800-638-8081 followed by the passcodegl It is expected that an interim geo-hydrology report will be issued on or around June 1st and that document can be made available to the call participants prior to the June 6th call. The call will allow some early discussions and requests for additional information to support an onsite inspection visit.

We would like the licensee to confirm support for an all day, June 13th meeting with GZA and others at Indian Point to review applicable hydrology data, radiological sample data, and dose calculations based on currently known information. Specific document requests and agenda items will be discussed at the conclusion of the June 6th teleconference.
