Thank you for following up on the paper.
I will contact the person re. service water and urge him again to call the hotline. He was afraid of being "found out" by his boss. I did tell him he could make the call anonymously.

Dr. Kymn, FYI - Jill Lipoti from NJ just spoke with Dave and told him that you had mentioned that an individual had indicated to you that there was a problem with service water at either Salem or Hope Creek (plant not specified) - that's who he was on the phone with when you called.
Jill informed Dave that you indicated that this individual would contact the NRC via the hotline. We have not received any info yet.
Regarding the Sec'y/ SRM paper - I'm still trying. I don't see it as being available through the NRC internet website or ADAMS yet. It might be on admin hold before release. I promise to get it to you ASAP (but that might not be until next week).
