- Kymn, I understand your wanting to express best wishes to Hub, but Tuesday probably wouldn't be a good day for the folks who would be involved in the discussion, especially Randy. This week on Tuesday morning, and all day Wednesday and Thurdsay, are the Mid-Cycle ROP Assessment meetings here at the Regional Office. On Tuesday afternoon, there is an executive training session that will occupy the senior managers. Randy will be intimately involved in all of those activities. So Friday (preferably in the afternoon) looks like the best time for us. Please let me know if that is amenable to your schedule. Randy is on leave next week, so we would have to re-schedule the discussion a bit, if Friday doesn't work for you.
Sorry about squeezing you on the schedule for this discussion.... I just don't have many choices for times based on other activities. Please get back to me when you get a chance. Thanks.

I have read both letters severalrtimes. I would like to take you up on your offer to meet with members of the NRC team. I am currently available for a meeting next week.
If possible, I'd like to meet Tuesday so I can express my best wishes to Hub on his last day (assuming he will be in the office). Please advise so that I can plan accordingly to make the trip from NJ.
