I FYI...IN ADDITION TO WHAT MR. LOCHBAUM STATES IN THE LETTER TO MR. MILLER, IF WINSTON AND STRAWN HAD ACKNOWLEDGED THE SCWE ISSUES I REPORTED, THE COMPANY S
WOULD HAVE NEEDED TO ADDRESS ITS, "IN ROPlATE AND ILLEGAL" FIRING OF ME AS I SAID IN MY MARCH 25,2003 LETTER TO I CONTINUE TO ASSERT THIS WAS A MATTER OF INTENTIONAL, MISCALCULATED, ILLEGAL AND FAR-REACHING COVER-UP.
