Kymn, In response to your questions:

The letter was faxed to us by PSEG on 2/27104; a hard copy mail version will follow. While it is in a graphic (non-text) form, the faxed version of the letter is in the public record (ADAMS) at the following Accession Number (ML040580600). I know there is a way to access the record as a member of the public electronically via ADAMS, but I'm not well versed on how it is done. I think Dave Lochbaum has accessed documentation via ADAMS. so confiding in him may be your quickest route to getting the info. Otherwise, I will try to obtain instructions for you on how to access ADAMS as a member of the public.

To my knowledge at this moment, I don't think there is an intent to send a preliminary response to PSEG.

FYI, I have heard that a tentative date for the meeting is 3/18/04, possibly at a location in the town of Salem. I will let you know as things firm up. Are you planning on attending? I wasn't sure.

1. All we have received so far is the faxed version of the PSEG 2/27104 letter, and that when we do get the official version, it will not be in electronic form, and;

2. We are not planning on sending PSEG an interim response in advance of the meeting.

1. The mailed copies of Ferland's letter were received mid-day on Monday. The letter was placed in ADAMS under accession no. ML040580600. I'm unaware of any other electronic version.

2. I am unaware of any NRC effort to provide an interim response prior to the meeting.
