FYI:
At 2:15pm I spoke with Dr. H, returning her Friday, 12117104 phone message to Dave Vito (regarding her high level comments she made at the 12/2/04 public meeting.
She noted that in light of the recent announcement of the PSEG/Exelon merger, she did not wish to divulge any additional Information to us until after January 17, 2005. She noted that after this date it would be more difficult for retailiaton to occur and did not want to divulge anything until then.
I asked again if there was any information she would like to provide me or if I could help her in any way now and she declined.
