Numerous cases of poor corrective action within past 18 months.

Salem & Hope Creek frequently challenged by plant events. Could be most difficult, highly reactive site to manage; 3 units, 2 designs Hope Creek manual scram - MSIVs closing on January 12 Hope Creek shutdown - RWCU leak on December 5 Salem 2 manual trip - dropped rods on November 23 Salem 1 shutdown -jammed feed reg valve on October 15 Hope Creek manual scram - EHC leak on #4 CIV on October 3 Hope Creek auto scram - switchyard salting on September 19 Salem I & 2 shutdown - switchyard salting on September 19 Salem I auto trip - Load reject and partial LOOP on July 29 Combined with a refueling outage every 6 months, new site management, and an organizational realignment, management has been severely stressed and progress has been very limited.
