- Glenn, It may look more casual if Mel or I make the request. Also the results were not originally scheduled until February. The survey was just completed a may have ev been delayed so the February promise may be in jeopardy. This is a new survey tha rought with him. What I mean is that his experiences at other places introduced him to this survery.
SEG previously used a Gallup survey. I put a fax to your office which is a Roy letter from November introducing the Synergy survey.
