Notification of Changes in Personnel The purpose of this letter is to inform you of a personnel change at the Radiation Center. In accordance with Technical Specification 6.7.c.3, I would like to inform you that Dr. Michael Hartman assumed the duties and responsibilities of Reactor Administrator on July 10, 2006. He replaces Mr. Todd Keller who was serving in the position in an interim capacity.
