In accordance with the Licensing Boards Revised Scheduling Order dated April 13, 2006, enclosed please find the NRC Staffs Proposed Questions for Evidentiary Hearing on NEC Contentions 3 and 4.

Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.1207(a)(3)(i), the enclosed questions are being served upon the Licensing Board and its law clerks at this time, but are not being served upon any other party.

The Staff understands that following the issuance of its Initial Decision on these contentions, the Licensing Board will forward the enclosed questions to the Secretary of the Commission, for inclusion in the official record of the proceeding. See 10 C.F.R. § 2.1207(a)(3)(iii).
