Jan Strasma (630) 829-9663 Viktoria Mitlyng (630) 829-9662 MEDIA ADVISORY: NEW NRC CHAIRMAN AND CONGRESSMAN JERRY WELLER WILL MEET WITH THE PRESS AT THE BRAIDWOOD PLANT Dr. Dale Klein, who became Chairman of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in July 2006, will tour the Braidwood Nuclear Power Station, located near Braceville, Ill., with Congressman Jerry Weller on August 9.
They will be available to speak with the media after a plant tour, 2:30 to 3:20 pm, at the Braidwood Simulator Training Center, 36400 South Essex Road, in Wilmington.
