10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North, O-7B4 11555 Rockville Pike Rockville, MD 20852 PURPOSE: Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) will brief the NRC staff on the early site permit application that SNC plans to submit to the NRC on August 15, 2006.
CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
PARTICIPANTS: Participants from the NRC include members from the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR).
