Response to Lochbaum letter
- Randy, I pulled back our letter to Dave L. re: the timeliness of RI-2005-A-01 10. I will hold it until you issue your allegation letters to ensure we don't inform UCS before we inform the alleger that the issue is closed. This letter was concurred on by E. Wilson and D. Vito for RGN-I. The ADAMS accession number is:
ML050870470 and it is attached.
I think it is best to add you to concurrence on this and I'll ask my secretary to so tomorrow, unless there is someone else you want added -just let me know.
