I have placed a call into Sam Jones, the ECP manager. Since we know that an ECP review va"so-he, it is possible that maybe the alleger was confusing issues raised via 1 the corrective action process to issues raised to ECP. I intend to ask Sam how ECP was made aware of the issue (i.e., was ECP's review simply initiated at management's direction as we have heard to this point, or did ECP receive a bunch of concerns (from NEOs, maybe?), that ended up in a formal ECP review. More to come.
