Randy - I know of no problem NRR has with the proposed letters on the Salem/Hope Creek 01 findings.
What our OE staff has raised is an issue of process - does NRR concur in these letters normally? Darrell is checking the process folks, but again - I don't believe there is an issue which would question the direction you want to take. Stay tuned... quick response from Darrell.

I'm hearing, indirectly, that NRR may be withholding concurrence...these are important Agency actions that include a major comm plan, and i would therefore think we are much better prepared to go forward if we are all together on this. Do we need to slip the schedule?
