SENSITIVE ALLEGATION AND 01 INVESTIGATION MATERIAL - DO NOT DISCLOSE Attached is an update of the projected schedule for reviewing and dispositioning the two subject 01 cases involving Salem/Hope Creek. The first case was previously discussed at an ARB in January. The second case, which 01 issued on February 22, will be discussed at an ARB this afternoon.
This update includes an action for OE to brief the EDO and DEDO prior to the briefs of the Commissioner's assistants and Commissioner Merrifield It is easier to view if you save to wordperfect. If anyone has questions, contact Rick Urban, Dave Vito, or me.
