If that's the case, I don't see a need for Lisa or my participation since we don't review the 01 report; you'll have the Enforcement specialist on the line.., and unless there's a policy question where this case is different in some way and you need guidance, I don't think it's necessary for us to participate Of course, if you want us there for some reason I'm not seeing, I'm here to help! I just don't see a need for another person to review the 01 report....

I believe the intent is to get all parties who would be asked to review this info as part of a "3-week e-mail" cycle in on the ARB, with the intent of bypassing the 3-week waiting period. I think management wants to get drafts of the yure letters available by the end of this week

Dave: I don't have a copy of the report, but will hunt around in OE to get a copy if you need our participation. Do you need me and/or Lisa to sit in? What is unique about the case that necessitates HQ participation? ( I ask just so I can focus on what you need our guidance on) and, when is the ARB?
