- Lisa, The discrimination case was ARB'd several weeks ago, and prescribed the need for a comm plan (see attached). It mentions briefing the Commissioners, but not the EDO, DEDO. I will remind folks that this has to be included.

This is part of Dr. H.'s case - isn't it going to be briefed together with the discrimination case? And this doesn't mention briefing the DEDO. I got the impression Ellis expected a briefing too.
