We would like to ad-hoc ARB this closed 01 case after people have had an opportunity to read and evaluate the report. Because of the need to move this along as quickly as possible, we would like to have the ad-hoc ARB as early as the week of March 7, if at all possible (we know that the RIO is that week).
Please get back to the Region I Allegation Office (D. VIto, L. Harrison, S. Johnson) as to your availabilitylpreference for the date/time of an ad-hoc ARB to discuss this. Your feedback and support is appreciated.
Moving this forward will allow us to be responsive, in one letter, to the alleger's remaining issues from the original allegation case file, which included the overall SOWE issue at Salem/HO. It will also allow us to be fully responsive, from a FOIA standpoint, to an anticipated FOIA request from the alleger for all available information.
