SENSITIVE O INVESTIGATION MATERIAL - DO NOT DISCLOSE See attached note ro i indicatina key PSEG Human Resources individual in the subject case has now this is the discrimination case that 01 issued on q December 28, 2004 as unsubstantiated. We are planning to take to an ARB next week.
I previously spoke with Jim Luehman, OE, about having HQ participation (OE, NRR, and OGC) in the ARB, given the sensitivity of this case. (Jim - please pass this note and the attached to those in HQ with a need to know and who will be participating in the ARB}. Dave Vito will be scheduling the ARB for sometime next Wednesday 1/19.
The individual who alleged discrimina nas a-p!su prvosyades and closed with unsu es an ate discrimination issue, we should discuss whether it may be appropriate to issue the results of both cases at the same time.
