Bkg documents for Cooper Reg Conf, EA-04-131 Place:
OEMAIL Chris, we have a Cooper reg conf on Monday on an apparent Greater than Green finding and apparent violation. I don't know if OE is planning to participate in this RC by video or not, but here are some bkgd documents just in case. Attached are the inspection report and Cooper's written risk analysis with several attachments. On Monday, we hope to get a copy of the licensee's RC presentation.... I will get it to you.
