VOGTLE ELECTRIC GENERATING PLANT, UNITS 1 AND 2, RE: ISSUANCE OF CORRECTED PAGES FOR AMENDMENT NOS. 141 AND 121 (TAC NOS.
MD0261 AND MD0262)
Dear Mr. Grissette:
On June 29, 2006, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment Nos. 141 and 121 to Southern Nuclear Operating Company, Inc. (SNC), to Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-68 and NPF-81 for the Vogtle Electric Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2, respectively. However, during implementation, it was discovered that the Unit 1 amendment number and operating license designation was put on the bottom of Unit 2's page 4, and vise versa. This was a typographical error that does not affect the NRC staffs conclusions associated with Amendment Nos. 141 and 121.
Enclosed are corrected operating license pages for each unit to replace the pages that were issued with Amendment Nos. 141 and 121. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
