Re: Call with Region IV to discuss Cooper's Reg. Conference - 08B61 Resending this after a conversation with Michelle. This call does not constitute the post conference caucus - only a continuation of info exchange since HQ folks did not hear the entire conference. The post y(".,

conference caucus will be scheduled in the normal manner by R-IV.

Dave Wait a minute. This is out of control.

Post conference caucuses, ifnot held immediately after the conference, or if additional caucuses are needed, are to be scheduled in the Region's normal SERP time slot. For R-IV this is Thursday afternoons.

Any changes to the normal times are to be arranged thru the NRR enforcement coordinator, Rani Franovich and the OE enforcement specialist who has the case.
