OFFICE OF SECRETARY RULEMAKINGS AND ADJUDICATIONS STAFF Per the Board's request, I asked the NRC staff to review the "Affidavit of Gareth Perry,[ et all in Support of NRC Staff Brief and Summary of Relevant Facts, Data and Arguments Upon Which the Staff Proposes to Rely at Oral Argument on Environmental Contention EC-6" (Staff Affidavit) and the ERlN Report attached to theUSummary of Facts. Data and Arguments on which Applicant Proposes to Rely at Subpart K Oral Argument Regarding Contention EC-6" (ERIN Report).
The cognizant staff members have reviewed both documents
- 1. The Staff's Affidavit has been placed in ADAMS and is available today or tomorrow. The Accession number is ML003771535.
- 2. The "NRC Staff Brief and Summary of Relevant Facts, Data and Arguments Upon Which the Staff Proposes to Rely at Oral Argument on Environmental Contention EC-6" has also been placed in ADAMS. The accession number is ML003771530.
- 3. Volume 1, Exhibit 1, Section A through Section C-4 to "Summary of Facts, Data and Arguments on which Applicant Proposes to Rely at Subpart K Oral Argument Regarding Contention EC-6," which contains portions of the ERlN Report, has also been placed in ADAMS. The accession number is ML003771782.
A fourth record, which is a continuation of the ERlN Report included several pages (A-2 thru A-8 of Erin Report) that included information considered Official Use Only. The pages will be redacted and the redected version will be available this week. I will transmit the accession number as soon as I receive it.
