Dear Judge Young,
As discussed earlier, I am out of my office until July 30th. However, I am in receipt of the briefs filed in response to your order and would like to state for the record that Pilgrim Watch supports the brief filed by the Massachusetts Attorney General. In its Contention 4, Pilgrim Watch submitted new and significant information about the likelihood of a spent fuel pool fire at Pilgrim that meets the standard of the license renewal rules and the Regulatory Guide 4.2S1. If you require any additional information from Pilgrim Watch on this issue I will happily provide it when I return to my office.
