Judge Young, OFFICE OF SECRETARY Unfortunately I am leaving tomorrow and will be out of the country until RULEMAKINGS AND July 30. 1 will have e-mail and thus perhaps Pilgrim Watch can file a brief ADJUDICATIONS STAFF jointly with the Mass AGO on this issue. However, if it is at all possible to postpone the telephone conference until any date from July 31 forward, I would appreciate it. If this is not possible, I understand and most likely Ms. Lampert will be able to take part on the 27th.
