Re: Fwd: Clarification of allegation Hub I think that Randy's call to DL on 4119 on the 50.9 issues (See attached email from Randy), along with Ernie Wilson's call to DL today (see other attached email from Ernie), collectively responded to the timeliness issue raised in DL's 4/16 email, and I am not sure another call is needed.

I called dave Lochbaum about our letter of acknowledgement/partial closeout.
he tentatively agreed with our conclusions on 50.9. pending his detailed review of the letter. He asked for a fax, which Dave vito is providing.
The issue of timeliness of other cases did not come up, but I took the opportunity to stress (during the.
discussion of PSEG's 2/27/04 response letter), that NRC is investing an extraordinary amount of effort to independently review things at Art Is.
