I called dave Lochbaum about our letter of acknowledgement/partial closeout.
he tentatively agreed with our conclusions on 50.9, pending his detailed review of the letter. He asked for a fax, which Dave vito is providing.
The issue of timeliness of other cases did not come up, but I took the opportunity to stress (during the discussion of PSEG's 2/27/04 response letter), that NRC is investing an extraordinary amount of effort to independently review things at Art Is.
