iwould like to hear all thoughts but my first reaction is that we should stick to our process.... we should keep talking to the alleger....continue to let her know what we are doing generally....so the alleger does not get the impression that our not "participating with new jersey" does not mean we are disinterested in her concerns we should have new jersey tell us what they hear, if they meet with her, so we can be confident we have all safety concerns captured in our system lets discuss when i u

Please see the attached. NJ-DEP wants to meet with the alleger now that she has gone public. NJ has asked if we want to participate in the meeting. This is new ground for me. I would like management to weigh in on this. There are positives and negatives to partipating in such a meeting.
