For the ECP surveys, please make sure we get the records of the individual comments, as has been provided to us by the alleger for a couple of quarters, not just their summaries of the survey results. That way we can comp 'the actual comments received to how they characterized it.

I have a meeting scheduled with Jeff Keenan, Tom Lake and another individual on Tuesday at the site.
They are providing me with information regarding their ECP surveys done quarterly by Lake covering management, ECP, CAP and the environment as well as the Gallup surveys done annually that I was told are more comprehensive. I plan to ask for the results of these surveys from Jan 2000 forward.
I am also going to review their Winston/Straun investigation, including the interviews conducted, that resulted in the July 2003 letter to the alleger regarding her allegations about the environment and discrimination.
I expect to request copies of a lot of material-Jeff Keenan has indicated that he would like to make available for review/copying anything we need. Please let me know if you have anything to add to this inquiry at this time.A D
