Dear Administrative Judges:
This letter addresses one of the two matters raised at last week's prehearing conference that Entergy promised to follow-up on and report back to the Licensing Board and the parties. With respect to providing the parties copies of Pilgrim licensing correspondence, we have arranged to have counsel for the parties placed on Pilgrim's distribution list for licensing correspondence on the license renewal docket.
Accordingly, counsel for the parties will be sent Entergy's responses to RAls and any amendments to the license renewal application. We will address later in a separate letter the second matter concerning whether there are any additional buried pipes or tanks that are within the scope of the Pilgrim license renewal application.
