Today's ARB/Ol's Request to Salem/Hp. Creek
- Randy, FYI - Jeff Teator happens to be at Salem today and Jeff Keenan is there also to represent a witness. I asked Jeff T. to request from Keenan today any audio or video conferences between 12/02 and 6/03 that may have been recorded and maintained by the company. Additionally, the meeting minutes spoken of by the alleger in Dave Vito's e-mail appears to be different than the above, i.e, Board of Directors meeting minutes. So, Jeff T. will also ask Keenan to provide those, if they exist, for the same time period. We will tell Keenan we will follow-up with our request in writing.
