The Lochbaum Response Re: Salem/Hope Creek Alleger's Case Lisamarie, I understand that Russ Arrighi forwarded you some e-mails regarding the Salem/Hope Creek alleger's discrimination case which I had sent to the staff here in Region I in preparation for a public meeting in January where the staff thought the topic might come up. The e-mails contained details about 01 performance measures and some info regarding reasons for the investigation exceeding the 01 timeliness measure. I know that Guy Caputo just last week had a conversation with Ellis Merschoff and from that conversation, as I understand it, Merschoff was not looking for a detailed response to be provided to Lochbaum.
