TELEPHONIC CONTACT WITH KYMN HARVIN ON JANUARY 26, 2004 HARVIN wanted to point out that the argument that hers was a temporary position at PSEG Nuclear would have been simple to make if it had been accurate. At no time was she informed by othat her time there had expired.
Addiiionally, r esponsein July 2003 does not support that it was a temporary position. She recalled that larified with her the e-mail that transferred her to PSEG Nuclear; it was not about a physical move, but a "paper move" and a reporting change from Corporate to Nuclear.
