Dear Mr. Stinson:
On June 29, 2006, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment Nos. 250 and 194 to Renewed Facility Operating Licenses Nos. DPR-57 and NPF-5 for the Edwin I.
Hatch Nuclear Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (Hatch 1 and 2), respectively, to Southern Nuclear Operating Company, Inc. (SNC). However, upon SNCs review of the amendments, it was discovered that Technical Specification (TS) pages 3.0-1, 3.0-4, and 3.0-5 for both units do not reflect the changes that were authorized by Amendment Nos. 246 and 190 to Hatch 1 and 2 issued on December 13, 2005.
Enclosed are corrected TS pages 3.0-1, 3.0.4, and 3.0-5 for Amendment Nos. 250 and 194 reflecting the previous amendments changes. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
